Superman - The Ultimate Berserker | Zbrush Renders and Breakdowns

Hi everyone,
I'm sharing some ZBrush renders and the creative process behind my Superman project.
It all started when I was captivated by an illustration by David Finch.
Heroic anatomy, very defined muscles, intense shadows, and powerful visual storytelling, all of this fits perfectly with this dark story in which Earth's greatest hero becomes its destroyer.
So, the main goal was to faithfully capture his style, because as a comic book reader, I always thought that if I was going to start a statue collection, I'd want them to look like they came straight out of the pages.
Fully sculpted in ZBrush, textured in Substance Painter, rendered in Arnold Maya, and composited in Photoshop.
I hope you enjoy the result as much as I enjoyed creating it.
Thanks for watching!
